Who is Susan Yen ?
A PPC nerd, speaker, and all-around digital marketing troublemaker. I’m a Team Lead at SearchLab Digital, where I help businesses navigate the wild world of paid search. With over seven years of experience, I’ve seen it all—messy accounts, wasted budgets, and the occasional “but why isn’t my ad showing?” meltdown. My mission? To help businesses stop throwing money into the void and start running smarter, more profitable campaigns.
I test, I tweak, and I tell it like it is—because in PPC, guessing is expensive, and I don’t do fluff. Beyond marketing, I serve as a Director on the UNH Alumni Association Board and Co-Chair of its DEIA Committee, giving me a broader perspective on industries, audiences, and how people connect with brands.
When I’m not optimizing campaigns or speaking at conferences, you might find me in front of the camera—I’m also a signed model. That experience gives me firsthand insight into the creative side of marketing, from what sells to why great visuals take time to perfect. And since great marketing isn’t just about ads, I take that same curiosity into everything I do—whether I’m traveling, exploring the outdoors, or hunting down the best food spots. Understanding people, culture, and experiences makes me a better marketer.
